Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) - Michelle star
| Integrated Energy Therapy is another energy healing modality where the practitioner channels the spiritual energy of nine specific angels releasing worn-out mental/emotional response patterns and stimulating/imprinting positive energy. It is administered to the fully clothed recipient on a massage table. What to wear or bring: Dress comfortably for your session so that clothing does not create pressure on your body (note: jeans are difficult to navigate around for this healing work as light pressure is applied to activation points along the spine and sacrum areas and those areas should be accessible). Participant should prepare for their appointment by deciding on and creating an intention to give direction towards an outcome. An open mind and receptivity to channeled Angelic healing allows the energy to flow and do its work. Participant lies on Reiki/massage table fully clothed except for shoes and glasses and remains relaxed throughout. Discuss your intention and needs with your practitioner briefly at the start of your session. Be open to the flow of energy and allow it to do its work unimpeded. Relax and periodically breathe deep breaths to maintain a relaxed state. Trust the process. At the end of your session, always make sure you are completely back to “Beta level” or normal alertness before driving your vehicle. The therapy may need to be repeated or not, as the release of deeper stress, emotion or tension is a matter of readiness and can come in waves. Integrative Yoga Therapy - Michelle star

| Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. This controlled pressure alleviates the source of the discomfort.
